• Deliver quality training experiences using Right To Be’s methodologies • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions • Customize training curricula for client needs • Provide exceptional customer service to clients • Report on training-related metrics and analyze performance

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience facilitating interactive trainings; • At least 1 year experience with target populations: youth, LGBTQIA+ or marginalized communities; • Excellent communication and facilitation skills. • A problem solver, flexible, eager for feedback. • Demonstrated client relationship management skills. • Professionalism; punctual and adhere to deadlines. • Ability to represent Right To Be and serve as the “ambassador”. • High degree of emotional intelligence. • A collaborative leader, seeking to advance organizational mission.
