• We are looking for a Field Engineer to join our growing team. • Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, you will provide vital technical support to customers, helping them maximize the value of our solutions. • As a Field Engineer, you will work closely with both the sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a field engineering or technical support role. • Hands-on experience in a technical role leveraging SQL, Python, or Spark to build, operate and maintain data analytics solutions. • AWS or Google Cloud familiarity. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a customer-facing environment.
