• Manage and support Rimini Street security solutions • Collaborate with Global Security Services (GSS) teams • Monitor, report, troubleshoot, and manage security solutions • Participate in change management and client meetings • Constantly seek to improve knowledge and skills
Requirements
• 2 years of work experience with incident detection, incident response, and forensics • Previous experience in communicating with customers and meeting customer demands • Experience with Firewalls (functionality and maintenance), and Endpoint Security • Linux/Windows knowledge is a requirement • Basic knowledge to code (Python, Java, Linux shell, and/or Power Shell) • Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques • Communication skills with client and team members • Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment • Strong diligence with an analytical mind and outstanding critical thinking skills
