• Provide exceptional remote-based support for SAP applications. • Solve complex customer issues using expert knowledge of SAP functionality. • Manage key assigned accounts as a technical/functional adviser. • Conduct one week of on-site End User Training.

Requirements

• 10+ years relevant SAP experience in SAP Logistics with SD/MM modules. • Hands-on experience supporting in SAP production systems. • Excellent communication skills. • Excellent working knowledge of Sales and Distribution and Logistics modules. • Ability to troubleshoot issues across SD/MM modules.
