Description

• Deliver high quality service to Rimini Street in SFDC platform • Design, develop and maintain custom objects, page layouts, field additions, permissions • Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows/flows, email alerts and templates • Provide administration and development expertise, assist in application support tasks • Enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance, and security practices • Setup, configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FinancialForce and SF based Apps in Salesforce ecosystem • Track, manage and resolve daily support requests, issues, and administrative needs of users, business stakeholders • Support and train new end users on the SFDC and FinancialForce applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience • 5 - 7 Years of experience with SFDC development, administration, implementation, and support • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively • Strong documentation and training skills • Strong communication skills • Strong creative problem-solving skills
