• Provide remote-based functional support & training for all aspects of SAP (IS-U) and Logistics • Solve customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and support business changes • Create scripts to identify, analyze and correct data issues • Collaborate with team members in a virtual environment to extend field experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience • SAP certification(s) preferred • 5+ years relevant SAP experience particularly with all aspects of SAP Industry Solution - Utilities (IS-U) and Logistics • Fluent in English (speaking/reading/writing) • At least 5 years 'hands on' implementation experience in the US and Canada with at least two full life-cycle implementations • 5+ years direct support of application end-users in a corporate environment • Analytical, logical problem resolution skills • Knowledge of localizations: architecture, implementation, and key functionality • Deep knowledge of SAP customization/extension methodologies
