Description

• Interact with project sponsors, stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex features. • Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels. • Create, maintain, and disseminate program/project information to stakeholders. • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives at the operational and tactical levels. • Maintain and enhance the Confluence knowledge base, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information on processes, tools, and services. • Collaborate with the PS team to create and refine internal processes that support Professional Services and improve operational efficiency. • Act as a communication bridge between the PS team and cross-functional teams, ensuring relevant updates and changes are disseminated effectively. • Analyze current workflows and tools to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize knowledge sharing and process adherence.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Minimum of 2 years of project management in a large-scale environment preferably for professional services organization. • Solid understanding of the RingCentral product and familiarity with the Professional Services team’s functions and roles. • Strong proficiency in Confluence or similar content management systems. • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Proven experience in process creation, documentation, and knowledge management. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and propose solutions. • Experience and discipline to incorporate Quality Assurance practices in all deliverables.
