•Do you enjoy supporting the IRS to promote data sharing to prevent tax fraud? •Do you love solving IT problems and staying organized? •Ripple Effect is looking for an IT Business Analyst Associate with 4 years of experience to support our client with the IRS Identity Theft Tax Refund Fraud Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC). •This role will work closely with Ripple Effect's Digital Transformation Team to provide users access to the ISAC portal, support the ISAC help desk, and manage and coordinate data analyses. •If this position sounds interesting, there’s a place for you here at Ripple Effect! •We are a diverse, progressive, and engaging work environment. Requirements

•Bachelor's degree •4 years of relevant experience •Current IRS MBI clearance •Proven ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook •Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to work both independently and as part of a team •Strong attention to detail and ability to manage basic data entry •Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies •Knowledge and experience working in SharePoint and Power Platform (e.g., PowerBI and Power Apps) •Previous experience working in a helpdesk or technical support function.
