Description

• Report Creation: Develop and maintain insightful Tableau reports and dashboards tailored to business needs. • Data-Driven Insights: Proactively search for actionable insights and data trends to support decision-making. • A/B Testing: Conduct and analyze A/B tests to assess the impact of different strategies, optimizing based on results.

Requirements

• Over 1,5 year of hands-on experience in data analysis, delivering insights and supporting business decisions. • Confident in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong command of Tableau (or Power BI) for data visualization and dashboard creation. • Experienced in analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights. • Nice to have: • Familiar with Python, especially the Pandas library, for data wrangling and automating repetitive analysis tasks. • Understanding of A/B testing and basic statistical analysis techniques. • B2 English proficiency, enabling clear and effective communication in international environments.
