Description

• Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of insurance agency management systems • Providing expert assistance and guidance to end-users • Leveraging strong problem-solving skills to resolve user issues • Responding to inquiries through multiple channels • Coordinating support from external vendors • Managing and provisioning system access for end-users • Assisting end-users in understanding operational workflows • Collaborating in the development and maintenance of procedural documents • Undertaking additional operational functions as assigned

Requirements

• A college degree is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education • Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, especially the Microsoft M365 suite • Prior experience using Vertafore applications is highly desirable • Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong critical thinking skills • Self-motivated individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional customer service skills
