β€’ Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of insurance agency management systems β€’ Providing expert assistance and guidance to end-users β€’ Leveraging strong problem-solving skills to resolve user issues β€’ Responding to inquiries through multiple channels β€’ Coordinating support from external vendors β€’ Managing and provisioning system access for end-users β€’ Assisting end-users in understanding operational workflows β€’ Collaborating in the development and maintenance of procedural documents β€’ Undertaking additional operational functions as assigned

Requirements

β€’ A college degree is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education β€’ Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, especially the Microsoft M365 suite β€’ Prior experience using Vertafore applications is highly desirable β€’ Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Strong critical thinking skills β€’ Self-motivated individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment β€’ Exceptional customer service skills
