Description
• Support clients with project management needs • Develop detailed project plans and coordinate with team members • Monitor and report progress to leadership • Build strong working relationships with clients and team members • Adjust timelines and manage unexpected challenges
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, insurance, human resources, or a related field OR equivalent 4+ years in business, economics, insurance, healthcare, or human resources role • 7+ years’ experience in a project management role or equivalent experience • PMP certification or other project management related education or training • Expertise with project management software (i.e., we use Monday.com) • Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Expertise in project management with demonstrated experience and the ability to drive complex projects to completion • Consulting or Healthcare experience with a thorough understanding of general health care concepts
