Description

• Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various modules • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and customizations to meet business requirements, following best practices and industry standards • Implement and configure ITSM processes, including Incident Management Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog • Design and implement ITOM solutions, such as Event Management, Discovery Orchestration, and Cloud Management • Develop and maintain ITAM processes, including Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and License Management • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using Integration Hub, ensuring seamless data exchange and synchronization • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance • Ensure the quality and performance of ServiceNow solutions through testing, debugging, and optimization • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to junior team members • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices, and recommend improvements and upgrades

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, with a strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Integration Hub • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator at a minimum • Additional certifications a strong plus • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, etc.) and ServiceNow application development best practices • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods • Strong understanding of IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Asset Management processes and best practices • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively • Experience in project management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management is a plus • Prior experience with Implement and optimize ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) processes, including project planning, resource management, demand management, and portfolio reporting preferred
