📋 Description
• Responsible to develop/deliver engineering deliverables for Products Sales, Customer acquisition and Servicing solutions that includes Core Applications (Life Asia), CCM Solutions, Underwriting Engines, Workflow, Middleware Integration with Front End/Mobile applications etc. • Partnering with business product owners to drive Product & Proposition target or Customer Service deliverables • Lead the technical delivery of assigned tasks / projects. • Building relationships with Delivery leads, other Engineering team members and business users across the organization. • Contributes for the overall Policy Admin System architecture and design, providing best practice guidance and patterns. • Maintaining knowledge and understanding of the industry verticals, critical for implementation.
🎯 Requirements
• Deep understanding of Life Policy admins features and functionalities • 7 years Insurance/Financial Industry experience with a minimum of 5 years on Supporting Core Policy Admin systems especially Life Asia/Life400. • knowledge of Surrounding applications like underwriting engine, Front end / mobile applications, and workflow. • Good experience in omnichannel Integration • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies. • Knowledge of integrating with other surrounding applications around core application like Sales Portals, Workflow, and underwriting engines. • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and collaborative team environment • Experience in application integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) is an advantage
