📋 Description

• As a Senior Manager, Accounting, reporting to the Senior Director, Accounting and Tax, you will be a key member of the finance team and responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the financial close and reporting. • You will lead the month end close process and be responsible for journal entry review, account reconciliations, and a timely close. • Additionally, you will perform balance sheet account analysis, lead month end internal reporting, support external audits, and handle management request/special projects. • This role requires attention to detail, deep accounting expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. • The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams possessing organizational skills, a “can do” attitude, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the work product required from the Finance function. • This role requires someone to work standard business hours (8am - 5pm) East Coast or Central Time.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant accounting experience at a similar sized, fast-paced PE owned OR publicly traded company. • 3+ years of experience managing a team of three or more individuals. • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience managing and improving accounting processes and collaborating across teams. • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. • Ability to work Standard business hours (8am - 5pm) East Coast or Central Time.
