📋 Description

• As Manager of our Global Payroll team, you are responsible for staying current on in-depth domestic and international payroll knowledge and for all aspects of managing the payroll process for Rithum. • In this role you interact with other departments within the organization, third-party payroll providers, external auditors, consultants and state & federal agencies to maintain the payroll records for the company. • Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with global payroll regulations, including local tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. • In this role, you oversee audits and regulatory reporting, ensuring all payroll practices meet legal and compliance standards internationally. • This work requires an extremely detail oriented person with significant knowledge of payroll administration, including state and federal regulations, as well as global payroll compliance frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience. • 3+ years of Global payroll experience required, including multi-state payroll processing. • Previous supervisory experience required. • Extensive payroll processing knowledge. • Expertise using ADP Workforce Now. • Ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate projects, and manage a large amount of detailed tasks. • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects to timely completion. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills. • Detailed record-keeping (accuracy is a must). • Ability to work standard business hours (8am - 5pm) East Coast Time with flexibility to support global teams across multiple time zones.
