• The Human Capital Management Advisory practice helps organizations achieve optimization, automation, and digitalization necessary to increase data integrity, reduce redundancies and operational risk, and streamline HR processes and systems by understanding business first. • Riveron’s proven system-agnostic approach determines how best to enable new and existing technologies to allow for the greatest return on investment. • Combining leading practices and immense domain experience with technical acumen, our teams recommend optimization opportunities and solutions that will streamline and scale our clients’ businesses. • Our Human Capital Management (HCM) offerings include: • Process design and optimization • HCM system strategy development • System selection and implementation management • System integration and optimization support • M&A/Transaction support including HR due diligence, merger integration, and carve out/stand up delivery. • The client-facing, HCM Consultant position will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Human Capital Management projects, including process design and optimization, vendor assessment and selection, data cleansing and analytics, system implementation and integration support, program management, and organizational change management and training. This role will help clients optimize and streamline HCM processes and technologies to achieve their diverse and evolving goals and strategies and allow for the greatest return on investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services or advisory role • Deep, practical knowledge of Human Capital processes, principles, and functions • HCM system implementation experience (at least one full lifecycle) preferred • Process improvement and design experience in the HCM space including advising on leading practices • Domain experience in Total Rewards (Benefits and Compensation strategy and planning) and Payroll is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio skills • Working knowledge of human capital management processes and trends • Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset • Ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams • Ability to develop, grow, and sustain client relationships • Desire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals, and other social/networking activities
