• Oversee copywriting and art direction for marketing materials • Lead creative teams for various clients • Collaborate with Client Service team leaders in defining assignments • Mentor and develop creative team members • Travel as needed for client presentations and relationship-building
🎯 Requirements
• Graduate degree in Advertising, Fine Arts, or related fields preferred • 5 years minimum experience in multi-channel direct response fundraising for nonprofits preferred • 5 years minimum experience working on accounts for national brands preferred • Experience in concept and campaign development • Knowledge of best practices in direct response fundraising writing and creative strategy
