🎯 Requirements
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in advertising, journalism, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Knowledge of direct response marketing best practices, particularly in fundraising writing for direct mail, digital media, and DRTV • 2+ years of direct response fundraising experience required • Concept and campaign development required • Copywriting for an agency, direct response firm, or fundraising organization preferred • Creative development across traditional and digital media required • Direct mail campaign experience required • Proficiency in project management and communication platforms (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Teams) • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends • Exceptional omnichannel writing skills • Strong understanding of emerging technologies • Excellent communication skills for brainstorming and team collaborations • Demonstrate leadership with a proactive mindset • Maintain high levels of integrity and attention to detail • Portfolio showcasing strong direct mail and digital creative work will be required during the hiring process
