• As a Senior Controller (m/f/d) at Roadsurfer, you will have a direct influence on the design and management of the finance department of a fast-growing company in the outdoor travel sector. • You will actively contribute to the successful further development of our fast-growing controlling and finance department and be in close contact with central functions such as accounting and the operational departments IT, sales, marketing, etc. • The Controlling team plays an important role in our finance strategy to ensure efficient budgeting, forecasting and reporting practices and processes that ultimately provide valuable insights to support decision-making. • In this way, you will contribute to driving Roadsurfer's success in a dynamic environment. • Responsibility for the preparation of relevant reports to senior management, investors and banks. • Introduction and/or improvement of forecasts, budget planning and reporting in close coordination with the leadership team of the respective functions (e.g. Marketing, Sales or Operations). • Management of cost controlling and first point of contact for solving business and financial issues. • Participation in the preparation of annual financial statements, the consolidated financial statements and the underlying audit processes
• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration. • You have at least 3-4 years of professional experience in a comparable environment and have relevant experience in controlling or FP&A. • Strong analytical mindset, independent, structured, results- and solution-oriented way of working. • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. • Very good knowledge of common Office programs, especially Excel. • Experience in the consolidation software LucaNet and with Datev is an advantage. • We require business fluent English skills and bilingual/native German. • You are motivated to follow our growth path and share our vision: To make outdoor travel more attractive.
