• Identify and source candidates for various federal government requirements using creative techniques • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments for both active requisitions and potential candidates • Foster strong relationships with candidates and act as their main point of contact throughout the recruitment process • Manage multiple recruitment projects independently and efficiently
• University Degree (preferred) • Third Party Federal government recruitment experience is a must • Ability to be cleared to secret level • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, ChatGPT, Word, and Excel • Aptitude for learning new technologies • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team • Outgoing and personable, with excellent interpersonal skills • Research-driven with a keen eye for detail • Goal-oriented and able to meet targets
