📋 Description
• Robin AI is on a mission to rebuild the legal industry, starting with making contracts simple for everyone. • This role is part of our Legal Team aiming to expand into Legal Engineering and Implementation in the future. • Involves working directly with investment teams at major private equity and debt funds, financial institutions, and corporates. • Responsible for reviewing and negotiating a suite of certain contracts using Robin’s AI technology and your own legal experience. • Opportunities for personal career development in traditional legal work and beyond.
🎯 Requirements
• You will have at least 3+ years’ experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating the core transactional documents regularly encountered by our clients (including confidentiality agreements, engagement letters and release letters). • You will have previously worked with private equity, asset management or hedge fund clients, whether in-house, at a service provider or at a law firm, and will understand typical fund transaction structures and timelines. • You will enjoy taking the initiative and seeking answers to interesting practical and legal issues. • You will be both technical and commercial, in the practice of law and outside of it. • You will be motivated by working in a fast-paced, diverse and intellectually challenging environment where collaboration between lawyers and non-lawyers is essential to achieving results.
