• Expand the scope into Legal Engineering and Implementation • Review and negotiate confidentiality agreements, engagement letters, and release letters • Review the work of junior team members • Test Robin’s technology products and provide feedback.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3+ years’ experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating core transactional documents • Worked with private equity, asset management or hedge fund clients • Enjoy taking initiative and seeking answers to practical and legal issues • Motivated to work in a fast-paced, diverse and intellectually challenging environment.
