📋 Description
• Play a pivotal role supporting project lifecycle for collaborative robot solutions • Act as technical advisor and project facilitator • Ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction through all project phases • Collaborate with customers and Sales team to analyze needs and develop automation solutions • Provide support during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting phases
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field • Significant experience (>5 years) in technical solution sales, project management, and system integration • Service-oriented mindset • Attention to details • Analytical thinking & problem solving • Creativity & resourcefulness • Autonomy & proactivity • Inspiring leadership skills • Technical skills: Robot programming, technical drawing, knowledge of CE and ISO standards • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, CRM Software, ERP, and Robotics technology • German and English complete professional proficiency (French proficiency is an asset) • Available for travel approximately 12 weeks per year
