Description

• Oversee design strategy for PFM group. • Manage creation of data-driven user experiences. • Collaborate with GPM on vision and goals. • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of designers. • Advocate user-centered design principles. • Utilize data analytics for informed design choices. • Present design concepts to stakeholders. • Work with Research team on design validation. • Maintain and evolve company’s design system. • Propose new ways for user engagement. • Stay informed of industry trends.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in user experience design or similar role. • At least 2 years of experience in a role with design management responsibilities. • Proficient in Figma, experience with similar tools like Sketch is valued. • Strong understanding of how design translates into code. • Effective executor and skilled mentor. • Empathy and leadership in design. • Strategic thinker and problem-solver. • Open mind for mentoring and leading by example. • Excel in collaborative environment.
