• Supports the client service team, executing tickets, tasks, and projects • Partnership with the Lead Web Developer • Main KPI is 30 tracked billable hours weekly • Ensures account execution follows company methodology • Understands core languages (HTML/CSS/JS) and concepts • Demonstrates understanding of basic SEO concepts • Familiar with common WP plugins
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of web design and development experience • 1+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console • 2+ years of experience with common content management systems like WordPress • Proficient with Excel and/or Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) • Prior experience working with North American businesses virtually • Preferred Agency Experience with Client Interaction • E-commerce platform experience (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) • PHP • SQL • Python • API’s • Technical SEO
