📋 Description
• The Legal Intern will be primarily focused on reviewing, organizing and storing commercial agreements • This remote position will be for approximately 10 hours/week and will allow for a lot of flexibility • The individual will be required to operate independently based on guidance provided by legal team members • The successful candidate will be a fast-learner and have excellent organization skills and attention to detail
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program or related legal studies • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus, but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a remote or hybrid work setting • Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
