It’s an exciting time to be part of an extraordinary startup that is already successful, yet still early enough to offer its team significant growth, equity, and the opportunity to make a real impact. • Looking for a mid level, contract (3 months with a possibility to extend) opportunity to take charge of the entire recruitment process for our dynamic GTM Department? In this role, you'll be spearheading the search for top talent in Sales, Partnerships, Implementation, and Account Management. From identifying top-notch candidates to conducting engaging interviews, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our high-energy team. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on GTM positions • Proven ability to source and recruit high-performing sales professionals • Strong understanding of sales and territory management functions • Experience with Greenhouse and sourcing tools software • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • High level of organization and attention to detail
