• Responsible for developing and optimizing BI solutions. • Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for actionable insights. • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends. • Optimize data models for efficient retrieval. • Utilize AWS for building data pipelines. • Maintain comprehensive documentation for BI solutions. • Stay updated with BI technologies and best practices. • Mentor junior BI engineers and contribute to data strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or a related field. • Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or AWS QuickSight. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift). • Experience with ETL tools and processes (e.g., Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, Talend). • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and practices, including star schema and snowflake schema designs. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, including services like AWS Redshift, Glue, S3, and Lambda. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving actionable insights from data. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with video streaming analytics and understanding of metrics such as viewer engagement, content performance, and streaming quality is a plus.
