Description

• As the Product Manager for our Business Intelligence (BI) product at RoomPriceGenie, you will be responsible for shaping and enhancing our revenue reporting solutions for hotels. • Your mission will be to create intuitive, data-driven tools that empower hotel managers to monitor performance, compare against benchmarks, and develop revenue strategies that drive business growth. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that align with our product pillars: easy to use, transparent, and efficient.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, BI, or data-driven tools. • A user-centric mindset with the ability to design intuitive experiences that deliver measurable results. Experience in conducting user interviews and gathering insights to enhance the customer experience. • Strong understanding of KPIs and metrics like Revenue, Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, particularly in the hotel or revenue management industry. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align diverse stakeholders and convey complex ideas clearly. • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from customer feedback and data trends. • Passionate about user-centric design and delivering products that solve real-world problems. • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, and stakeholders).
