• As a Technical Account Manager at Rossum, help customers achieve success by leveraging AI and intuitive user interface • Work closely with customers to understand their unique business and technical needs • Guide customers through technical challenges they may encounter • Maintain great customer experience on technical and commercial side • Consult with product team on continuous improvement • Responsible for project management of complex customer projects • Main technical contact throughout customer contract.
• Strong customer-facing skills • Hands-on technical background • Experience with other SaaS products including API, integration, configuration, and customization • Enjoy working with customers, exceeding their expectations, and uncovering their needs and pain points • Deliver clear, structured, and convincing presentations • Frame difficult problems by breaking them down for easier analysis • Project management and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders • Communicate designs and ideas clearly • Foster UX sensitivity and simplify workflows • Honest and base opinions on data, open to good arguments • Strong problem-solving skills • Basic scripting in Python for senior TAMs.
