• RouteThis is on a mission to help service providers and IoT/smart home brands deliver flawless WiFi connectivity. • As a Sr. Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will research, identify, and pre-qualify prospects. • This role helps drive demand and create a steady pipeline of qualified leads. • You will work closely with Marketing and Sales to improve lead generation and market penetration. • The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and eager to contribute to a dynamic GTM team.
• 4-7 years of experience in a SDR or BDR role (B2B or SaaS helpful, but not required) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work • Strong self-motivation, with an ability to work autonomously • Proven ability to participate in value based client conversations • A track record of hitting or exceeding targets and working in a metric-driven sales organization • Experience with sales tools (Salesforce, Gong and/or Salesloft experience is a plus)
