📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Part-time, Full-time, Flexible Around Other Jobs if Necessary, 100% REMOTE • We are looking for passionate Client Relations Appointment Setters to join our team. • In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and booking client meetings over Zoom. • You will use your knowledge and expertise to understand customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. • To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • You must also have a strong understanding of Zoom, Google calendar, Microsoft Excel and Calendly. • Experience with employee benefits and the ability to interpret policies and plan documents is A+. • An understanding of Roths, IRAs, 401Ks, and savings accounts and other related benefits is also A+.
