• This is a remote position. • The Royal Basketball School is a high-energy, fast-growing business that focuses on educating the next generation through the game of basketball. • Our goal is to imbue our students with the attitudes and skills that can help them remain active, healthy, and happy, and excel anywhere they choose! • We’re proud to focus on the FUNdamentals, and aspire to foster that same spirit behind the scenes as well. • Joining us entails joining an international network of professionals who truly believe in working together to support and encourage each other, learn from one another, and help each member of the team grow to their full potential. • Interested? Well, why not apply to be our Current Clients Manager? • This role requires someone with extensive experience in customer relations, who can take ownership of ensuring that their associated clients are well looked-after and satisfied with their relationship with the Royal Basketball School. • A strong applicant will have the inherent ability to identify and solve issues without unnecessarily escalating them, as well as to connect with clients on a human level and make them feel valued.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years’ working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Billing Manager or Assistant Manager. • Experience in providing excellent customer service support. • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with customer service software, databases, and other virtual tools. • A high degree of proficiency with English. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • High attention to detail.

🏖️ Benefits

This is a full-time remote position, working with a company based in Los Angeles, California. Please apply only if you have the necessary equipment to work from home, including a noise-canceling headset. Work hours will be Monday-to-Friday from 1:30 PM. to 7:30 PM. PST. Previous experience with working for an American company remotely is preferred, but not compulsory.
