📋 Description
• RSI Security is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our remote team. • This role requires strong proficiency in bookkeeping and experience with tools such as HubSpot, QuickBooks, Bill.com, Biller Genie, and Tallie. • The ideal candidate will have a meticulous approach to managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with established financial guidelines.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a remote work setting. • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Bill.com, Tallie, Biller Genie, and HubSpot. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial best practices. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
