Description

• The Cybersecurity Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand the client base for RSI Security. • This role combines sales management, marketing strategy, and leadership skills to ensure alignment between the company’s sales goals and marketing efforts. • The successful candidate will lead a team, develop client acquisition strategies, and optimize marketing campaigns to increase revenue and market share.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector. • 3 years or more experience with leading accountability using Sales management frameworks such as MEDDICC, Sandler, etc. • Demonstrated success in developing effective sales strategies and leading teams to achieve them. • Strong experience with sales operations and training development. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing marketing campaigns. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performance sales and marketing teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
