📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Position: Developer with Zoho One and Zapier Integration Expertise • Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement Zoho One and Zapier integrations to enhance workflow efficiency. • Customize Zoho One applications to meet specific business requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and propose effective solutions. • Design and maintain automated workflows using Zapier to streamline data exchange between different platforms. • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure seamless operation. • Stay updated on Zoho One and Zapier updates and new features to leverage them for improved integration solutions. • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Zoho One and Zapier integration best practices. • Work and analyze datasets in order to develop AI models to meet the incoming project of the company. • Document integration processes, configurations, and workflows for future reference and training purposes. • Conduct periodic audits of integrations to ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards. • Continuously explore opportunities to optimize and enhance existing Zoho One and Zapier integrations for better performance and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Zoho One applications, including CRM, Desk, Books, Recruit, Billing, etc. • In-depth understanding of Zapier and experience in creating complex automated workflows. • Strong knowledge of APIs and webhooks to facilitate seamless data exchange between Zoho One and external platforms. • Ability to design and implement custom solutions using Zoho Deluge scripting language. • Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. • Experience in troubleshooting integration issues and debugging code. • Familiarity with popular AI frameworks and libraries. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve integration challenges efficiently. • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gather integration requirements. • Attention to detail and the ability to ensure data integrity and security in integrations. • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Zoho One and Zapier integration technologies.
