📋 Description

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements. • Design, develop, test, and implement custom applications using Workday Extend and Workday integrations including Studio, EIB, and Connectors. • Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and performance. • Monitor and maintain production integrations and Extend applications. • Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with team members and partners. • Stay up-to-date with Workday Extend and integration best practices and industry trends. • Mentor and guide junior developers on the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration or equivalent work experience. • 4+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience including Workday Studio. • 2+ years of hands-on Workday Extend development experience. • 4+ years experience working with Python, RStudio, and XML/XSLT. • Strong understanding of Workday HCM. • Workday Certification highly desired. • Knowledge of Workday security and data governance. • Basic understanding of SQL. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Highly organized with strong time management, the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate a sense of urgency. • Strong work ethic, critical thinking, detail-oriented, positive attitude. • Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations. • Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required. • Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
