• Lead project initiation, definition, planning, and coordination of key strategic initiatives, in partnership with the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) and VMO Portfolio Manager. • Coordinates with BRM, senior leaders and executives to capture business requirements used to define scope and funding needs; establish business case outlining project investments • Identify and leverage appropriate technical and business resources needed for successful project planning and to accomplish project initiation objectives • Follow established processes and procedures and influence policy, practice and procedure • Define and assess project risk

Requirements

• Typically a minimum of 8+ year’s in digital space and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree 5+ years’ of related discipline. • 5+ years’ demonstrated skill working with technical teams to define and implement DT solution architectures, including software development, software configuration and integration, and DT infrastructure implementations • 5+ years’ knowledge of Communication, Legal, Finance, and Real Estate areas functional areas including experience with applications and business processes used by the functions to deliver value to their customers. • Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
