• Join our dynamic Finance Budgets Team as a Manager, FP&A • Play a crucial role in compiling, monitoring and controlling/reviewing overhead costs • This position is a key member of the team • Work closely with functional leadership/POCs to track spending • Identify risks and opportunities, and provide financial assistance and analysis • Responsible for management and development of team members • Integrate into monthly forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, and EAC process

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of related finance experience preferably in Budgeting, Forecasting and Variance Analysis • Supervisory or Mentorship experience • Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
