📋 Description
• Demonstrate strong values of collaboration and innovation. • Support, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user performance issues. • Utilize RTX-approved observation tools for performance monitoring. • Continuously review and improve processes and tools. • Develop and maintain performance monitoring dashboards and reports. • Support Dynatrace implementation and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience. • U.S. citizenship is required. • Proven experience with Dynatrace. • Experience in debugging, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale virtualized Java, .Net applications. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
