• Drive overall change management communications strategy for a business transformation project • Develop and execute communications strategies that support change management efforts • Monitor the effectiveness of communications using surveys and feedback forms
Requirements
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience • U.S. citizenship is required • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in change management or large-scale transformation projects • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong stakeholder management skills
