📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leveraging S/4HANA, enhancing our workstream processes in alignment desired RTX operating model and industry best practices. • Support creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations. • Support the evaluation of options for bolt-on applications and make recommendations based on functional requirements, desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices. • Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing. • Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies. • Deliver functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope of the workstream as part of program. • Provide end-users assistance for issues related to SAP functionality, including troubleshooting and resolving errors. • Responsible for the integrations inbound and outbound and supporting any failures that may arise.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience • 10+ years experience in configuring and supporting SAP ERP • 7+ years working knowledge of Source to Pay business processes and technical system knowledge in the following areas: Procurement (nonproduct, and services), Accounts Payable – including supplier invoice management and supplier disbursement processes, Vendor (supplier) Master Data Sourcing and Supplier contract management, Procurement and supply chain regulatory compliance • Must be a U.S. Person or Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities • Experience working on large, complex A&D enterprise projects -or similarly regulated, large organization • Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects​ • Experience with Serrala FS2 functionality and configuration. • Experience with Ariba SLP and Ariba integrations to S/4Hana instance. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Familiarity with financial regulations, controls, and security measures. • Experience implementing and maintaining compliance standards within an ERP system.
