• Implement a capability maturity strategy and establish robust operational plans • Execute plans to optimize cybersecurity capabilities at the pace of business • Sustain the capability maturity baselines and enable benchmarking • Oversee delivery of assessments and documented evidence • Maintain program cadence, metrics and effective communication of progress • Coach and leverage matrixed resources to accomplish critical milestones • Build collaborative partnerships to deliver results and drive program adoption • Ensure data consistency and alignment with defined service catalog • Leverage CORE to optimize strategic influence and operational excellence
🎯 Requirements
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience • Experience with CMMI or applicable maturity models • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
