Description

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct red team activities and penetration tests. • Create engagement plans documenting findings and recommendations. • Conduct technical testing beyond automated tool validation. • Perform security research to stay current on emerging risks. • Provide regular risk briefings to senior management. • Contribute to strategies and operational goals.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience with a University Degree or equivalent experience. • 7+ years of security experience in penetration testing. • 5+ years utilizing frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK & OWASP. • Programming experience in penetration testing or automation. • Understanding of cloud, networking, applications, and OS functionality. • Hands-on OS configuration/administration experience. • One Offensive Security Certification (OSCP, OSEP, etc.).
