Requirements
• Personal experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in pharma or life sciences • Experience delivering consulting and coaching solutions centered around people, performance, change, and culture • Proven track record in changing mindsets and helping others to perform • Experience delivering bespoke people-focused programs in pharmaceutical/life sciences sector • Ability to engage stakeholders and teams to adapt to new technology and capability • Personal consultative and curious approach • Desire for more responsibility and personal impact • Highly adaptive, collaborative, and innovative working style • Exposure to developing business opportunities, proposals, and commercials beneficial
