Requirements
• Tech Community Experience: Proficient in sourcing candidates from niche tech communities (such as Discord, GitHub, Reddit), with a deep understanding of how to engage with tech talent in these spaces. • Experience: 2-3 years in talent acquisition, ideally within a tech-focused environment. • ATS Proficiency: Experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc., and able to optimize recruitment workflows effectively. • Organizational Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple requisitions and recruitment tasks simultaneously. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build relationships and provide constructive feedback to candidates and stakeholders. • Independent & Collaborative: Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaborate effectively within a team-driven, dynamic environment. • Passion for Talent Acquisition: You are enthusiastic about connecting with candidates and fostering positive relationships, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
