Description

• Ruby Labs is a tech company creating consumer products across health, education and entertainment. • Seeking a Corporate Legal & Compliance Manager to oversee legal and compliance matters. • Ensure governance and compliance with regulations while minimizing legal exposure. • Manage entity relationships and handle documentation for inter-entity agreements. • Develop strategies for legal risk management and implement compliance programs. • Act as liaison with local directors and manage crisis situations effectively. • Collaborate closely with internal departments and external counsel for legal matters.

Requirements

• Law degree and admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction. • Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and compliance frameworks. • 3 years in a legal role, preferably in corporate law or a similar field. • Experience with entity management, cross-border compliance, governance and remote business-mobile apps (subscriptions) is a strong plus.
