Requirements

• Develop and design high-quality creatives (including static images and videos) for performance and branding campaigns across various digital channels. • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and create designs that align with our brand and marketing goals. • Produce engaging and effective creatives for Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other advertising platforms. • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials. • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our creatives are cutting-edge and effective. • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and ideas. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. • Utilize feedback from stakeholders to continuously refine and improve designs. • Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools. Efficiency with AI tools is a plus. • Video Editing and Animation: Strong skills in video editing and animation, particularly for creating engaging video ads. • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts that capture attention and drive engagement. • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all designs are visually appealing and free of errors. • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
