Description

• Ruby Labs is a leading tech company creating innovative consumer products. • Seeking a Lead User Acquisition Manager to drive user acquisition for subscription products. • Responsible for crafting and implementing multi-channel acquisition strategies to attract and convert subscribers. • Requires extensive experience with various traffic sources including Pinterest, TikTok Ads, and Facebook.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of strong experience in subscription user acquisition (web-web, web-app) with relevant products. • Proven track record in paid social media marketing at scale, focusing on lead generation, performance marketing, and conversion optimization. • Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook Ads. • Strong experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar platforms. • Experience driving leads through Meta is required; experience with other platforms (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube) is a plus. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in UA analytical tools and techniques. • Advanced skills in performance measurement and optimization. • Ability to analyze complex datasets, generate insights, and make data-backed decisions. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable testing plans and campaign optimizations. • Strategic thinker with a performance and ROI-driven approach. • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple performance-focused campaigns simultaneously. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Creative content writing ability. • Results-oriented with a passion for achieving tangible business outcomes through digital marketing efforts. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. • Adaptable and quick to learn in a dynamic digital landscape.
