β€’ Ruby Labs is a leading tech company creating innovative consumer products. β€’ Actively seeking a Lead User Acquisition Manager to drive traffic to subscription-based products. β€’ Requires extensive experience with traffic sources like Pinterest, TikTok Ads, Facebook. β€’ Focus on leveraging experience to maximize user acquisition and ROI. β€’ Responsibilities include crafting multi-channel acquisition strategies and managing campaigns. β€’ Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies. β€’ Collaborate with the data team and work closely with creative producers.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 5 years of strong experience in subscription user acquisition (web-web, web-app) with relevant products. β€’ Proven track record in paid social media marketing at scale, focusing on lead generation, performance marketing, and conversion optimization. β€’ Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook Ads. β€’ Strong experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar platforms. β€’ Experience driving leads through Meta is required; experience with other platforms (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube) is a plus. β€’ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in UA analytical tools and techniques. β€’ Advanced skills in performance measurement and optimization. β€’ Ability to analyze complex datasets, generate insights, and make data-backed decisions. β€’ Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable testing plans and campaign optimizations. β€’ Strategic thinker with a performance and ROI-driven approach. β€’ Capable of developing and implementing effective lead generation strategies. β€’ Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward. β€’ Strong organizational skills to manage multiple performance-focused campaigns simultaneously. β€’ Proven track record of achieving goals and meeting timelines in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. β€’ Creative content writing ability. β€’ Capable of working effectively in a collaborative environment while maintaining focus on performance goals. β€’ Results-oriented with a passion for achieving tangible business outcomes through digital marketing efforts. β€’ Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. β€’ Adaptable and quick to learn in a dynamic digital landscape.
